Yes it does! This is one of our most convenient features. We recommend using our bed-corner straps (included with the topper) to hold it in place.
The Smart Topper works with all breathable sheets. We recommend a tight-fitting cotton, bamboo or linen with lower thread count. Try breathing through the sheets and if it is easy then it will work! We don't recommend using mattress protectors over the Smart Topper or it will hinder the airflow.
The manual controller is embedded in the side of the Smart Topper and is designed to be used by touch through your fitted sheet.
Dual zone Smart Toppers have controllers on both sides, left and right. They are used by touch through your fitted sheet.
